Privacy and Public Control By you agreeing to make a account on the engineerisaac network it is our promise and Goal to Keep your information Private and safe. We promise that our servers will not allow you to get spammed on our accord; this license however doesn't cover Human error done on the user part. we take pride in making sure that your information is totally secure. but the password only stays as safe as the person using it. We will never ask you for your password and have or never will need it for any reason to access your account. You will NEVER see a email form us asking for a email. 2. Universal Login System The EN Control System is a Centralized Login system for Many Forums and Gamer Site. The software and application in existence runs on your computer as a minimal system. This allows you to connect to websites fast and quick. using our legendary products. its is our agreement when you input the logins for those sites supported by the Dock you are submitting them for encryption so that no information can be useable by our staff or any outside entity. 3. Artwork and Content Partnership Any Martial you upload to the EN Network Will Be Held by you in Partnership with the EN, The agreement is that we are allowed to use your work that you own to promote the parts of the en to grow the network. We promise never to slice slander or Rebuild your film to Gain for the network. It has to benefit us both. Upon your Initiation of Account deletion we will remove your work from the network and will close your account. We will discontinue using your work and you will be forgotten. 4. Marketing and Human Compassion. On the forums there are Humans between the ages of 12 - 35 please remember we are all legendary here at the network. A Ego is for Small minded people. We try our hardest to moderate in a fair fashion and we all know we are not perfect even the admins. if you find something to be out of place please do so to report it. By creation of a Machinimst Group you Agree that anybody you allow into your group is initiated into by right to do a few of the following items while your there. >Use your Work to acclaim the group for benefit. >Access your group's forums. >And follow the rules of EN + Your group. 5. Advertisements and Style We understand that advertisements are a pain in the ass so we have taken the time to create advertisements in a method that shares both compassion and Skill. We will never throw an advertisement that doesn't fit the network or what we stand for we will stick to our roots you won't get any advertisers that don’t make any sense or is not in some small way related to the video at hand. 6. Policy of Commitment It has been and always will be the policy of the en to delete any account or piece of work at any time, we do promise to give you a legitimate reason as to why we have done so but always its to protect the network and all that we do stand for it. In this as well we also will check your content for substance. Those freeloading on the network with no conurbation will as well be deleted and we wont explain that to freeloaders. If for any reason we update the policy we will allow you to re agree to it. This policy is designed to help us at the en work for creative ability. 9. Copyrights and infringements. Please do take your care to use non copyrighted works and actions during your course of production The EN Provides Sound designers to make music that is free of charge and designed for your videos. By taking this approach it allows your films to be used in a manner that will allow the EN to continue and you to continue hosting. Besides you "Stick it to the man" when you use these works to prevent grubby "Companies" from Coming after you for you being creative. We won't take down your artwork or video unless its reported and disputed. You the artwork or video holder will retain direct communication with the Offender. If an offender reports your work they will not be anonymous. The report email will be sent directly to you the video holder and copied to us for record. It is up to the art holder themselves to remove the piece of art because the license belongs to you the holder for the film. 10. Standards. We don’t allow videos considered as throw ups. If we see a throw up we will delete it. If you moan and contest it we will delete you. What construes as a throw up. A. Any frag video without any taste or skill (At the EN staff digression) B. Any Video that has been deemed below “Legendary Staus” C. Admins must Call for removal By Discressionary Vote. D. No Live Action Unless it coordinates with The Macninima. Those are a few that are important. Now lets get into the Totally Legendary REQUIREMENTS! A. You must have a Story or a idea NO Throwups. B. You Video Must be at least 2 minutes long Unless it’s a trailer. C. Your video Must Contain Orignial Content (This cannot be contested) D. Your video Must be Properly Labeled and Thumbnailed ( No CAT Pictures for thumbs) E. You Must Site and Credit Every Little thing on the video from Sounds to Actors. F. In order for your video to be considerd for sponsors it must contain a EN Logo Somwhere in the video.
